Planning for the 51-acre site started with looking at different plotting options and possibilities to come up with an efficient system that works best for the users.

The question we asked ourselves was - what ADDITIONAL VALUE can we as architects propose to make the establishment stand out for investors and eventually users?”  Hence, while there is an attempt to maximize space for plot owners, the crux of the proposal lies in providing and organizing the common facilities and road section.

The journey focuses on creating a calm, smooth and safe passage amongst nature for the walking user. The low-height compound wall tries to create transparency so that one does not feel restricted while walking through the space. The 21 ft wide clear roads provide enough space for all vehicles with clear and bold markings for safety and turnings.
